Update Support – always up to date

The Update Support program ensures that your users automatically receive the newest version of TRICAD MS. This means you benefit automatically from the numerous improvements, enhancements and new functions.

Telephone Support – help at the right time

Our Telephone Support program provides TRICAD MS users with help and problem solving information on the telephone. We will answer your questions, thus helping you to use TRICAD MS more efficiently. Telephone Support is an important aspect of getting the full economic benefit from TRICAD MS.

Our helpdesk is available continuously during office hours. The helpdesk agents will automatically ring you back to perform detailed problem solving. Our employees close in on the problem through their conversation with you, and work out a solution. In order to allow us to help you more quickly, we would ask that you gather together the following pieces of information before contacting the helpdesk:

  • An exact description of the problem
  • An exact description of the module

If you have an internet connection, our experts can inspect the problem directly via a remote control software NetViewer and solve the problem in a short time.
If needed, the user can accept his/her computer to be checked by our experts. Further more files and directories can be transferred and moved to the right place with the FTP function.
The NetViewer application does not need a separate installation or administrator’s rights. Safety-related reports for this tool can be obtained from the manufacturer’s homepage.
