Ventilation/Air Conditioning 2D/3D

Powerful drafting modules for the planning and evaluation of complete ventilation systems. The 2D module already offers a high grade of functionality due to automatic connection routines with the adaptation of measurements, the pre-dimensioning of the required conduit cross-sections, dimensioning, lettering and positioning. A full hatching of the conduits, together with the function to determine subsurface angles, as well as different forms of reports are available to the user.

The 3D module is the ideal tool for model-oriented planning and processing of highly complex ductwork systems and includes the most extensive libraries of rectangular, round and oval ductwork fittings available, all of which are fully parametric 3D solid objects. A comprehensive range of equipment items (dampers, grilles, silencers, etc.) complements the duct libraries. The construction per se is done with wire frame graphics or directly in shaded mode, with automatic generation of shadow and tier symbols as well as subsurface edges. Dimensioning, positioning and mass evaluation are done, as in all TRICAD MS industry sectors, via Report Manager in conjunction with Excel.
